A new dragster was built specially for European Drag Racing Chanpionship in United Kingdom on basis of Bentley Continental GT.

According to the Autocar it took 8 month of hard work to build this dragster. The cost of all modifications exceeds 422,000$. The engine was substituted with 10.2L V8 Chevrolet which is five times more powerful than usual Continental GT motor. The body was forced with steel rollcage, interior is reworked with carbon. There is no info about brakes and transmission but we assume that to control such power braking parachute should exist in the equipment.

You can admire this masterpiece with your own eyes very soon; it will take part 23–25th of May in the first stage of EDRC in Santa Pod Raceway, Bedfordshire, UK.

Steve Neimantas will drive this 3100hp powered dragster in Street Eliminator class. Steven is very patient to details and he wants everything to work fine — his main business is swiss watch repairing. So let’s check how he will deal with the time in Santa Pod where the record for quarter mile was set in 2010 by Andy Carter, his time was 4.572 seconds.
