The famous tuning studio Switzer Performance built a unique single copy version of the previous-generation Porsche 911 Turbo. The power of the car was increased up to 950 hp. The automobile was custom made for the client with the “AT” initials.
What concerns its technical specifications, the sprint from 96 to 208 km/h takes less than 5 seconds, ¼ mile (402 m) time is around 9 seconds, and ¼ mile trap speed is 240 km/h. There is no information regarding the car’s 100 km/h acceleration time.
In order to achieve the claimed power and speed performance the experts from the studio used new intercoolers, two turbines from the 1000-hp Porsche 911 Sledgehammer, modified intake and exhaust systems, and new components for the fuel injection system. Suspension now features H&R spring. The car is fitted with 19-inch HRE wheels and Toyo R888 tyres.
The previous-generation stock Porsche 911 Turbo (997) was equipped with the 3.8-litre six-cylinder boxer engine delivering 500 hp. The current version of the 911 delivers 520 hp.
