Ferrari’s former technical director Roberto Fedeli will join BMW Group.
It is still unclear, why Roberto left Ferrari; however, in order to dispel any rumours, the company has highlighted the fact that his resignation was not related to the departure of Ferrari's chairman Luca di Montezemolo. As a reminder, from now on the new automaker’s chairman is Sergio Marchionne, who promotes the policy of putting Ferrari cars on large-scale production.
Apparently, the company has no place for a well-tried technical director. That is why Roberto Fedeli is expected to take up the group's M performance division or the luxury Rolls-Royce brand. In any case, he is not going to get bored.
