Mercedes will reveal an all-wheel drive modification of the V-Class minivan at October’s Paris Motor Show. Mercedes-Benz loves big crowds and cars full of people. Quite recently, the company has unveiled a new-generation minivan, which came to replace the Viano. And now it’s time for the model to get an all-wheel drive layout.
The minivan will be fitted with a 2.1-litre diesel-powered four-cylinder engine delivering 190 hp and 440 Nm coupled to a seven-speed 7G-Tronic Plus automatic transmission. But the most prominent option offered with the new model is the AWD layout. As a reminder, the minivan used to be available with a rear-wheel drivetrain only.
The minivan will boast of a moderate fuel consumption, which is rated at 6.7 litres/100 km. The 4x4 model will be available to order in Europe from December at the starting price of €53,000.
