Chrysler continues teasing its fans with the new information about the model’s facelift. This time it’s about a leaked photo of the Chrysler 300.
The car should make its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show; however, one of Chrysler’s employees posted the model’s picture. Sure enough, that was done “purely by accident” and later the photo was removed.
Engine options remain the same except for a power upgrade: a 3.6-litre Pentastar delivering 296 and 304 hp, a 368-hp 5.7-litre V8 HEMI, and a 6.4-litre V8 Hemi producing 477 hp and fitted with Launch Control system. All modifications — C, S, and SRT8 — will have an 8-speed automatic as standard.
As for the exterior changes, the car now features a new radiator grille and a slightly modified front bumper. That’s about it.
On the inside, there is a new steering wheel, adjustable dashboard, UConnect 2 multimedia system, and, perhaps, new seats. The 2015 Chrysler 300 will go on sale early next year.
