The all-new British supercar Caparo T1 Evolution delivering around 700 hp will cost €1.1 million, although the price of its standard version starts at just €300,000.
It seems like the British carmaker decided to draw attention to its new model with the help of its high price. The “regular” Caparo T1 supercar fitted with a 3.5-litre V8 producing 583 hp seems like a bargain in comparison with the Evolution version with a 125-hp increase.
In addition to horsepower increase, the car is now fitted with ABS, ESP, traction control system, Virtual Engineer packages and a stiffer suspension. The above-mentioned list makes it obvious that the price of €1.1 million is too high. That why they offer parts finished in silver, gold or platinum.
The company has not shared more details about the new model. Apparently, they are looking for other means to justify its high price.
