Ginetta, the British manufacturer of street-legal sports cars and racers, have revealed a prototype design of their new car intended to debut in the LMP3 class.

Ginetta chairman Lawrence Tomlinson confirmed the information that the company plans to enter the European and Asian Le Mans Series in the nearest future. Most probably, the car will also participate in the 24 hours of Le Mans endurance race.

It is the first constructor lining up to compete in the new LMP3 class. The car will be fitted with a 420-hp V8 engine. The premiere had successful aerodynamic tests; however, adjustments are still made to its chassis design. The Ginetta-Juno prototype is still under construction.
