Quite soon, the new-generation Mercedes-Benz Vito will hit the market. It will be available in three body styles with a wide choice of equipment levels.
Mercedes-Benz have taken into account all customers preferences and that is why it is actually possible to assemble a Vito van according to any needs and desires: a panel van, Mixto crew-cab and Tourer minibus.
First off, the premiere is available in three different lengths of 4,895 mm, 5,140 mm and 5,370 mm featuring different load volumes as well. There are front-, rear- and all-wheel drive versions. Modification with the front-wheel drive layout is fitted with a 1.6-litre diesel-powered engine delivering 88 hp and 230 Nm or 114 hp and 270 Nm. Other Vito’s modifications will carry 2.0-litre engines delivering 136, 163, or 190 hp.
What concerns transmission, the customers will be able to opt for a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic gearbox.
The van will be launched into the German market this autumn with its price starting at €17,990.
