98 000 euro — Cost of racing Alfa Romeo Giulietta, prepared tuning house Romeo Ferraris. Next year it will be possible to take part in the Touring Car Championship TCR International Series, which is a budget alternative to the giants in the WTCC.
Giulietta markedly increased in width: from 1798 to 1950 millimeters. The engineers have prepared a special aerodynamic kit.
The car is equipped with 1.75-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine, working together with a 6-speed manual Sadev. Motor power is not reported. Installed 6-piston brakes with 378 mm discs at the front and 4-piston with 290 mm discs at the rear.
We know that very soon Giulietta will go on a road test to be held in Italy. Test new product will be Mario Ferraris and a former pilot in the WTCC Alfa Romeo Salvatore Tawau.
By the way, it was initially planned that the Giulietta will be ready by the first week of November and will perform at the final stage of the TCR International Series in Macao, but this idea was abandoned. The first batch of cars will be released in April 2016.
