Porsche supports the trend of producing limited editions of sports cars. The company decided to celebrate their return to endurance races and the 24 hours of Le Mans by launching a special modification of the 911 Carrera S. Special edition will be limited to 80 units with the characteristic Martini Racing colour pattern.
It’s not only the livery which is going to be different. The cars will be equipped with Aerokit Cup aerodynamic body kit featuring a redesigned front bumper and a fixed spoiler. No changes under the bonnet — the car is still fitted with a 3.8-litre naturally aspirated boxer engine delivering 400 hp. It is mated to the PDK dual-clutch automated transmission. The car sprints to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds.
The premiere is also fitted with a Sport Chrono sports package (which influences the work of suspension, engine, and transmission), racing-inspired bucket seats, multimedia system, and Bose audio system.
Well, of course, it will come with a special “911 Carrera S — Martini Racing Edition” plaque — that is actually the reason of building these 80 units.
