The German tuning studio JE Design have optimised the ECU of a Seat Leon Cupra, boosting its power from 280 to 350 hp and torque from 380 to 440 Nm.

The 280-hp Seat Leon Cupra broke the front-wheel drive record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in March. Perhaps, it was this event, which has provoked the tuning studio to take the record-holder in their hands.

The hatchback has been subject to serious changes. New KW dampers have reduced the road clearance from 132 to 87 mm. The road height can be lowered by 35 mm in case only springs are replaced. The customers can opt for a four-tailpipe sports exhaust system (each 80 mm in diameter), aerodynamic elements, faux carbon side skirts (apparently, they decided to save some money here), and 19-inch wheels.

Cupra sprints to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds. What concerns the price of the tuning package, it will be around €9,000.
