Caterham for sale?

The group comprises the sports carmaker, Formula 1 race team, manufacturing of products made of composite materials, and the engineering company Caterham Technology and Innovation.

Back in January the company announced about its decision to stop funding the race team in case it didn’t improve its results. Marussia F1 Team managed to cope with a similar task and they have even scored points, however, there was no positive trend noticed for Caterham. What concerns the manufacturing of sports cars, the situation is not very sunny there either, even though the company has announced about the revival of the Alpine brand.

In any case, no matter how hard it has been for the Malaysian businessman to make this decision, according to Bloomberg news agency, everything is put up on sale. Most probably, the new owner of the Caterham Group might be found in the Middle East.

Nonetheless, during this article have been preparing, Caterham made an official notice, that there will be no any sale and company pushed discuss with potential investors.
