An Audi Q7 with unusual number plate has been spied on the roads — if checked in the vehicle database it turns out to be a “Black Bentley unknown model”.
AutoExpress was the first to take the wraps off the new car. Bentley officially announced its plans to launch its production SUV back in 2013 but no activity has been detected since. The premiere is due to start rolling off the production lines in 2016 with a hybrid version coming right after. The estimated price of the SUV will start at $190,000. However, Bentley was not able to keep the tests of the new vehicle in secret.
Based upon the Audi Q7, the trials involved testing of the chassis, electric equipment, and, perhaps, the cooling system of the vehicle (this conclusion might be derived from spotting the air intakes located under the headlights).
How many more “unknown Bentley models” might appear before launching the SUV’s production remains a secret.
