“Life is such a bore!” was probably the thought of those people who then decided to build a Ferrari amusement park in Russia similar to the one in Abu Dhabi. Metropolitan authorities plan to build the theme park on the territory of “New Moscow”; however, the project is still under negotiation.
“We are currently looking for a site suitable for construction of the park on the territory of “New Moscow”; we are considering different options. We try to engage wold’s famous brands because in this case we will be able to ensure the highest level of quality control. World-class companies would never take the liberty of reducing the quality of infrastructure or service level. On the other hand, the city is also going to monitor the situation. All in all, this type of double control would allow achieving the most efficient result”, said Natalya Sergunina, Moscow's Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
According to motor.ru, the carriages looking like real race cars can appear at a distance of 3 km from the intersection of Kaluzhskoye and Varshavskoye highways near the settlement Rogovskoye. However, not only amusement rides are included in the project. The venue will also comprise tracks for touring car competitions and drag racing, a go-kart track, and a modelsport centre.
But those are just dreams and fantasies so far. Therefore, it’s too early to get excited.
