Though the one and only supercar Ferrari F12 berlinetta was covered with a cloth, it was still spied out. Carscoops website has published a photo of the special edition of this supercar. Most probably it will be called the SP America. It was built by Special Projects, a division of the Italian company. This division has previously produced a single unit of the FF model for a customer from Japan. It was called the FXX and it was a coupé with sloping roof.
Most probably it is actually a targa variant of the F12 berlinetta. As for the rest, the company has paused upon this information and there are not many details available. We will just have to wait and see whether the car is going to feature new design or something new under the bonnet.
The standard F12 berlinetta is fitted with a 6.3-litre naturally-aspirated petrol-powered V12 delivering 740 hp coupled with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Its top speed is more than 340 km/h and it takes the coupé 3.1 seconds to sprint to 100 km/h.
