The high-performance BMW 2-Series will be revealed in January 2015 at the Detroit Auto Show. It remains unclear whether the new model will be supplied to the Russian market.
The M performance coupé will be fitted with a 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine delivering 350 hp coupled to a manual transmission. No automatic transmission is available so far. The engineers have also upgraded the sports suspension and brake system.
The price of the car will start at around $30,000.
