Chevrolet has designed a special edition 2015 Camaro SS; however, it cannot come up with the name for it and asks its die-hard fans for help. The new model will be revealed at the 2014 SEMA show under the SS Special Edition working title.
The new model is fitted with a 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine coupled to a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The car’s exclusive nature lies in its interior trimming and lighting system.
The Camaro wears Emerald Green Metallic paint with two Cyber Gray rally stripes. There is a ZL1 rear spoiler and front splitter with side skirts matching the main colour scheme. The car features HID headlights and LED taillights. It rides on 21-inch Chrome Dusk wheels.
Adjustable exhaust system, Chevrolet Performance short-throw shifter for manual transmission, and navigation will be optional.
The fans can submit their own versions of a name for the muscle car on either Chevy’s Twitter account or Facebook page. The winning name and the car will make their debut at the 2014 SEMA show.
