Dodge Company started Challenger SRT Hellcat sales. The first one was sold for 825,000 dollars.
The car with the VIN ending with 0001, was sold at Barrett-Jackson auction. Coupe is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine with 707 hp and 880 Nm of output. An anonymous buyer was impressed not only with Challenger SRT Hellcat coupe, but also with its exclusive Stryker Red color and, of course, with the first VIN-number.
The company celebrated this sale quite extraordinary. Firstly, all the money were sent to Opportunity Village organization, which supports disabled people.
Secondly, to satisfy the interest to the first Challenger SRT Hellcat buyer was given a pack of documents attesting the status of a sports car, lots of photos, a video of the assembly of his car and iPad cover.
And no one is confused, that usual price is 60 000 dollars. The first buyer paid 14 times more, but he is not upset because only he will be the first owner of the Challenger SRT Hellcat.
