The Audi A5 Coupé is most likely to premiere somewhere in 2016. In the meantime, it undergoes testing at the Nürburgring.
The spies were able to spot the Audi A5 Coupé on the German Nordschleife, however, it’s too early to speak about any changes or exterior design, as the car was wearing a not a last body version.
Most probably, it will be powered by 1.4- and 2.0-litre TFSI engines, though 1.6- and 2.0-litre diesel mills and hybrid powertrains cannot be ruled out either.
The new model will ride on an updated version of the MLB platform. The car’s weight will be reduced by 90 kg due to the use of aluminium, heavy-duty steel and composite materials.
