Sauber F1 team will get Sergey Sirotkin behind the wheel of their car during the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Sochi.
Sergey Sirotkin might become a Formula 1 racing driver in 2015. However, this year already he will make his debut for Sauber in opening practice for the Russian Grand Prix. This event is scheduled for October.
A delighted 19-year-old driver wrote in his Twitter: “I’m waiting eagerly for October 10th to make my debut behind the wheel of a race car on the track in Sochi”. His enthusiasm is easy to understand. Sergey joined the team in 2013 as a test driver and his participation in the next season is becoming more and more evident.
A race in Sochi is a nice chance to show his talent. As they say, every dog is a lion at home.
