A facelifted Audi A6 is expected to arrive in 2015. It will comply with Euro 6 emissions standards and have Matrix LED headlights.
To start with, the Audi A6 will carry fuel-efficient Ultra line-up engines with 1.8-litre TFSI petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engines. A 3.0-litre powerplant that delivers 333 hp has also been upgraded. Diesel-powered 3.0-litre engines will come in three versions — delivering 218, 272, and 320 hp.
Styling changes for the Audi A6 include new bumpers, bumper covers, revised radiator grille, and new lighting system. The headlights come with optional Matrix LED technology.
The high-performance S6 version has been upgraded too. The car is now offered with a 4.0-litre V8 tuned to produce 450 hp. The sedan can jump to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds whereas the wagon is 0.2 seconds slower. The top-of-the-range RS6 version delivers 560 hp — the same as before.
