The iconic off-road vehicle will be revised to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Production of the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 launched in 1984, however, it is still in great demand, though there are some serious problems with meeting ecological standards. In 2007, the SUV was upgraded and returned to the Japanese market.

Now Toyota is bringing the TLC 70 back into production to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The car is fitted with a 4.0-litre petrol-powered engine delivering 231 hp and 360 Nm of torque. It uses a 5-speed manual transmission as well as a selectable two- or four-wheel transfer case, with rugged options including electric front and rear differential locks.

In addition to that, the car now features ABS, power windows, air conditioner, two front airbags, and special-edition emblems. The price of the revised SUV will start at 1.2 million RUB (approx. €25,000). By the way, the crew-cab pickup version is also available. It will be slightly cheaper than the SUV.
