Jaguar XE will make its world debut in London on September 8th. Meanwhile, the British carmaker is giving more clues about the new model. Several days ago, Jaguar presented a new multimedia system.
The company claims it to be an innovative multimedia unit designed around an 8-inch touch screen that should bring even more enjoyment when driving the new sports sedan, which features great noise dampening and enables integration of a smartphone with the car. If the driver doesn’t have enough time to “touch the screen”, there is voice control available.
Moreover, the system comprises a laser-based head-up display (HUD), which projects colour images such as speed or navigation instructions onto the windscreen.
On the inside, the XE will carry a Wi-Fi hotspot, enabling multiple devices to connect to the Internet.
