Let us remind that the maximum power capacity of this car is 2004 hp. By showing this record-breaking result “Lambo” has become the only car which had covered the distance less than in 22 seconds. Best results of that day are:
- ¼ mile — 9.678 sec @ 273.55 km/h
- 1 mile — 21.852 sec *
*Unfortunately the speed at crossing 1 mile line was not recorded. But according to the MOTEC data this speed was 424 km/h.
Lamborghini owner has won a big amount of money in the argument with another Unlim 500+ participant. The bet was to make 1 mile distance in less than 22.500 seconds. But the same day brought an even larger amount at stake — there arose a new bet whether this car would be able to cover 1 mile distance in less than 21 seconds.
