At McLaren Life Forum published the first picture of the most hardcore McLaren news, dubbed 688 High Sport.
Limited edition — 25 copies — will be based on a powerful and extremely fast 675LT. Hardcore NEW resets the weight by 40 kg (1190 kg) and will be different from other upgraded aerodynamic, air intakes in the front wheel arches, roof spoiler, an active rear wing, which is quite able to prove himself as an air brake.
Under the hood of new items — the upgraded 3.8-liter twin-turbo «eight», capable of delivering 688 hp (12 hp more 675LT and 38 hp — 650S). Dynamic characteristics have not been disclosed, but may well serve as a benchmark McLaren 675LT with its ability to overcome the first hundred in 2.9 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 330 kilometers per hour.
