Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport was again amended in accordance with the rules of racing endurance. Thus, the coupe awaits the fate of becoming a participant of the marathon «24 hours Nürburgring».
Clubsport Cayman Manthey Racing team got aero lightweight, carbon-fiber hood and the same door, windscreen made of polycarbonate, a battery (also to lose weight), and a custom suspension.
Under the hood was a 385-strong 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engine is mated to a 6-step «robot» PDK. Dynamic characteristics were not disclosed, but the standard Cayman GT4 overcomes the first hundred in 4.4 seconds and its top speed is limited at around 295 kilometers per hour.
The cost of track supercar is still unknown. In Russian showrooms usual Porsche Cayman GT4 is estimated more than 5 million rubles.
