The new flagship Infiniti sedan is due to arrive in 2017–2018 and compete with the Porsche Panamera.
According to preliminary information, the premiere is to become the most powerful car in Infiniti’s lineup, as it will be fitted with a hybrid powerplant comprising a 6-cylinder V-shaped turbocharged engine and an electric motor with the total output of 700 hp.
The car will share Mercedes’ platform, the styling will be borrowed from the Essence concept, which was unveiled back in 2009. The new Infiniti’s sedan will most probably carry the name of Q90; however, this information has not been confirmed yet.
