The track-focused version of the McLaren P1 in conceptual form will be revealed at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 15th.
McLaren P1 GTR will be offered in limited edition and only the current owners of the street-legal version will be able to purchase the track-only model. The premiere is expected to deliver 1,000 hp and it's no laughing matter. As a reminder, when purchasing this car, the owner gets the right to participate in the international drive events, gets access to racing simulators and technical support.
In comparison with the standard version, the premiere features modified suspension, wider track, improved aerodynamic kit, and racing tyres. The sports car will go on sale in June 2015.
