TVR released another teaser of its future trends, showing the architecture of the body and chassis iStream, built on technology engineer McLaren F1 Gordon Murray. Since the chassis carbonfibre, coupe will weigh no more than 1150 kilograms.
Working version of the sports car (perhaps, it will be called TVR Griffith), wrapped in a blanket, intrigued the public on May Motor Show in London.
The coupe will be rear-wheel, under the hood will be placed aspirated 8-cylinder Ford engine with dry sump, which will work on the Cosworth.
In 2017 sports car will appear on the track (but not in showrooms, as all 250 cars the first year of production is already sold under forward orderings, which total more than 400, all of them exclusively from members of TVR owners of the club).
Then the line model of the revived brand must expand at the expense of «everyday» sports car, convertible and GT3 racing car category for the «24 Hours of Le Mans.»
