French actor Sami Naseri, best known for starring in the movie «Taxi», was detained by police on the Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes. Law enforcement officers asked for the driver's certificate confirming the right to control the car, and got a Ukrainian «rights».
As a result, he was taken to the station and fined for driving without the provisions of the document. The fact is that the actor has previously been deprived of a driving license for traffic violations, including drunk driving.
The only remaining question is how and why he got a Ukrainian identity.
However, Sami Naseri often violate the rule of law, and in 2008 he had to spend six months in a penal colony for the impact (literally) to the police.
