22-hectare complex, located 45 minutes from Houston, is estimated at $ 2.7 million. There are bleachers designed for 800 spectators, stalls, fuel depot, the control tower, the timing equipment and traffic lights. But most importantly — the 402-meter straight drag racing (drag strip is certified by the International Association of hot rods).
It's just a competent property redistribution. If someone buys a track of the amount that we ask — excellent. If not, then we might just keep it...
