Russian Rolls-Royce representative, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Aston Martin and other luxury brands in 2017 will have to exist in Russia in the conditions of certification of new models for our market. Unless, of course, they will remain in it.
The fact that since 2017 all new cars sold in Russia, must not only be equipped with rescue system ERA-GLONASS, but also have the corresponding certificate.
To get it, each model must pass two crash test.
Importers have calculated that such testing, for example, Ferrari, which in Russia is not sold more than a dozen, will increase the cost of each car by about 5 million rubles. Representatives of the Volkswagen Group (Bentley brands, Porsche and Lamborghini) in solidarity with the Italian brand in the sense that the cost of certification of some models may exceed the income from the sale.
The idea of easing the certification conditions in the relevant support agencies have not found (in Europe between those of very limited for super-expensive cars have some relief). It is said in the Ministry of Industry, «can lead to a massive entry into the Russian market of cars without security, as well as to the fact that the importers pass the confirmation of conformity of ERA-GLONASS cars under the scheme of small parties.»
