Audi have fully facelifted their A7 lineup. As a bonus, the company has revealed a special edition of the A7 fastback — Audi A7 Sportback 3.0 TDI Competition — meant to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Audi’s Turbo Direct Injection technology.
The premiere is fitted with a 3.0-litre biturbo TDI V6 delivering from 306 to 326 hp. Temporary 20-hp power increase serves as a pleasant surprise. It can be achieved by sharp pressing the accelerator pedal. The car sprints to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds. It consumes just 6.1 litres per 100 km.
The A7 Sportback 3.0 TDI Competition features a 20-mm lower suspension and 20-inch light-alloy wheels. As an option, Audi offers the S sport seats. The price of the A7 Sportback 3.0 TDI Competition starts at €72,000.
