Head of Porsche High Performance Cars Andreas Proninger confirmed that, despite the transition to the turbo and the active use of «robot» PDK, Porsche will not give up the atmospheric engine and manual transmission.
In the near future, some modifications will remain under its hood aspirated engine.
But the «mechanics» will remain only in the GT3 version.
More extreme version of the GT3 RS will still be equipped with a robotized transmission PDK.
