Stelvio — a name that was given to the future crossover Alfa Romeo. While this car more rumors than facts, but officially the name gives hope that it will still be released in the series.
Recall that initially wanted to call by Kamal crossover, later after the hatchback Giulietta Cross. As a result, named after a large pass in northern Italy, which is located at an altitude of 2757 meters above sea level and is the second largest in the Alps.
The crossover will get a platform and range of engines from the Giulia sedan. By the way, it is possible that there will be also «charged» version with a 500-horsepower engine, because the company plans to make Stelvio fastest SUV «Nürburgring».
Car debut could take place in autumn this year, and a year later the production line will go first serial copies.
