Real Manor, even for the «Le Mans»

John Booth, who founded the team «Formula 1» Manor, created a team of the same name, but in the WEC.

John Booth, the founder and ex-leader of the team, «Formula 1» Manor created a team for the world championship endurance races (WEC). The debut will take place on the marathon «24 hours of Le Mans.»

The new team is registered as a legal entity Manor Endurance Racing Limited. The name «Formula 1», which in the past year is inspired by the eponymous team rescued from bankruptcy by British businessman Stephen Fitzpatrick. As for the team, the namesake for the WEC, then it already has its own Twitter account with the promising titlerealManor (created and the official website address manorwec).

The team is preparing to make his debut in endurance racing in the LMP2 class with a sport prototype (Oreca chassis, Nissan Motor).

We know already the name of the pilot — Tor Graves, who plays for Manor in the «Formula 3» in the UK. However, to his credit, and has a victory in the WEC in 2012–2013 in the LMP2 class with the ADR-Delta team. This did not prevent him to announce in 2014 to withdraw from the race. But never say «never»...

Recall the 2016 season WEC will begin on April 17 of «6 hours of Silverstone,» and for the «24 Hours of Le Mans», it will start on 18 June.
