The Volvo decided that it is time to press the compartment of the BMW 6-Series and Mercedes E-Class. Once the update is complete the current lineup of Volvo, immediately release the compartment.
Chief designer Thomas Ingenlat who had a hand in the creation of Concept XC Coupe, Concept Estate and Concept Coupe, claims that the new product will be based on the new sedan S90.
According to unconfirmed reports, the coupe will be called C90.
At the moment, Volvo's busy release new generations of the 40's and 60's series and Coupe, alas, is not a priority. Presumably, it will be no earlier than 2019. Coupe will get the modular architecture of SPA and line «turbochetverok» Drive-E. In the future, as in previous models, will be released in two versions — sporty and more luxurious.
