911 R — this is a new modification of the Porsche 911, which will gather to mark the 50th anniversary of the original racing coupe 911 R, released in 1967.
Its circulation is limited to 600 copies, but here's the problem: it premiered scheduled for June next year, and all the cars are already sold out!
The information has not been confirmed in a Porsche, but this hype would hardly surprise anyone.
The novelty will be equipped with 3.8-liter 6-cylinder naturally aspirated engine from the track 911 GT3. Its capacity will be 475 horsepower. The main surprise hidden in the transmission, as R 911 is not equipped with «robot», a 6-step «mechanics»!
It is expected that the novelty will be lighter than 1430 kg GT3.
