Finally, we have a few details about the one-off Ferrari F12 TRS with the price tag of $4.2 million built by Special Projects at the request of a wealthy customer whose identity remains unknown.
A natural question arises: “What desires do you have paying money like that?” It is a specific interpretation of the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. Though previously the F12 TRS supercar was supposed to be fitted with the kinetic energy recovery system (KERS), it was reported that the premiere has the standard powertrain of its “donor” — F12 Berlinetta coupé. Under the bonnet, it carries a 6.3-litre V12 engine delivering 740 hp.
Its interior doesn’t feature any gold or crocodile leather, all it has is carbon fibre with a matte finish, regular leather and Alcantara, It has a minimalist design inside. Moreover, there is no air conditioning, audio system, central air vents, mats, window controls, and glove box. Apparently, the owner plans setting personal records and is not after comfort.
What concerns the car’s performance, it sprints to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds, while its top speed is 340 km/h.
