Now, the previous record, recorded this summer, exceeding 19 kilometers. The speed of the motorcycle on the ground in Elvington reached 337.56 kilometers per hour.
The motorcycle, which served as a record — 540-hp Suzuki Hayabusa. Rules of arrival is not regulated by the angle at which the champion had to pass. It was important only one thing — to overcome in such a position is not less than a kilometer. And Gary did.
However, the line in the Guinness Book of Records has not yet been written. There appears to achieve a sample Rothwell 1999. Then biker caught on the bike, raced at speeds of 251.54 kilometers per hour. Of course, not without shoes and ingenious throttle mounted on the back of a motorcycle.
