Every fan of the «Formula 1» is a collection of videos with translations of various races who want to revise again and again. Now this collection will surely Hungarian Grand Prix in 2015.
Season of «Formula-1» just exceeded the equator, and most exciting Grand Prix of the year, seems to have taken place. And one had to happen, that they became a race in Hungary!
This is certainly no one could predict. The Hungarian Grand Prix has always been perhaps the most boring in the calendar series. Worse than this, the situation with the overtaking situation only in Monaco. But this year seems to have broken the record...
It was a real thriller. By all the laws of the genre events began to develop from the start — errors, collisions, changing positions. Then there was a lull, and in the second half of the race all again turned on its head. The finale is the Grand Prix was and did quite unexpected.
But it all started with a mistake of Felipe Massa — after the warm-up lap, he took the wrong position on the grid, and the judges had to send the peloton for a further round. This distance is the Grand Prix was shortened.
At the second attempt succeeded. However, some drivers probably would prefer to forget this start...
It is not about any kind of outsider, but the most that neither is the leader of the season — the pilot Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. After the last race at Silverstone, where British and German «slept» start guide Mercedes promised to draw conclusions and to prevent the recurrence of the situation. However, in Hungary there was a real disaster — Lewis and Nico not only failed once again start, they also launched a chain of events that ultimately led to the loss of the race as a whole.
Standing on the start of the third and fifth Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen took the lead, pushing Rosberg in third place, and the owners of Hamilton's pole position and do the fourth.
The British tried to quickly win back lost ground and attacked on his teammate, but the German tough — though within the rules — and the blocked Lewis had no choice but to step aside and leave the track.
Two-time world champion came back only the tenth — from the first place to tenth for the first half of the circle, the leader of the championship was not expected!
But Hamilton was not the only victim in the opening incidents. No luck as Daniel Riccardo, Valtteri Bottas and Max Ferstappenu.
The race went on as usual — overtaking, small collisions, penalties, pit stops. It seemed like the most interesting thing is how quickly overtake Rosberg and Hamilton and «eat» its rival upstarts.
The incident resulted in the introduction of the Virtual Vehicle Safety. Then the track was released already present pace car and all the detachments between the parties reset.
It foreshadowed a sharp struggle in the final third of the race, but it is unlikely anyone could have expected that the battle would be so sharp and that it will end with the result!
Immediately after the restart in the lead pair of Ferrari was broken. Kimi Raikkonen had problems with the kinetic energy generator. First, he passed forward Nico, then Daniel Riccardo, and then went into the pits — the team tried to do something, but to no avail. After arrival in the pit lane Finn drove only 17 positions.
No luck and the other world champions. On the restart, Lewis Hamilton was fourth, but a few managed to miss the next turn both cars of Red Bull and Williams Valtteri Bottas. But the Finn immediately dropped the pace — just before he got a puncture, stumbled right rear wheel of the Toro Rosso front spoiler Max Verstappen — and thus returned to the British position.
However, Lewis was forced to go into the pit lane — protecting against Daniel Riccardo, he crashed into a car and injured his own Australian front spoiler.
But the troubles did not end the British — considered an incident between him and an Australian judge verdict: guilty of Hamilton! Lewis went on to free travel on the pit lane. As a result, the pilot left the Mercedes, even the top ten...
Well, Nico Rosberg will play again at his teammate significant amount of points? Certainly not! The German was in exactly the same situation with the same opponent, that Hamilton — Nico stood in the way of Daniel Riccardo.
Within four laps to go was played last scene of the Hungarian thriller. The situation is painfully reminiscent of what happened earlier between Lewis and Dan. In the fight for second place Daniel Ricardo decided to «peretormozit» Nico in the first turn, but went to the outer radius. The output of the German crossed the path, but at the same time «undercut» the Australian car, harming thus primarily himself.
Mercedes and Red Bull faced, but left the scene of an accident with different injuries. Machine Riccardo went on with a broken front spoiler — he had to make a pit stop to replace it — and hobbled Rosberg to boxing with a broken rear left wheel...
The greatest benefit of this incident was Russian Daniil Kvyat...! Our fellow countryman came in second place and brought the race to the finish. Ahead of him he finished only Sebastian Vettel.
Third place went to Daniel Riccardo — at Red Bull Racing a double podium. The fourth race finished Max Verstappen of Toro Rosso — in the top four at once three cars with the engine Renault.
The real sensation was the fifth place Fernando Alonso — McLaren-Honda driver left behind Lewis Hamilton, Romain Grosjean, Nico Rosberg, Jenson Button and Marcus Ericsson.
After such an eventful race, «Formula 1» goes on hiatus. The next Grand Prix will take place on August 23 in Belgium.
