Official photos of the all-new BMW X6 without camouflage have leaked on the web. The crossover features new head- and taillights, redesigned bumpers, and a more aggressive radiator grille. However, the vehicle was subject not just to exterior changes. It will feature an extended engine lineup. The all-new X6 will be offered with petrol-powered engines delivering 306 and 450 hp, and diesel-powered engines tuned to produce 258 and 381 hp. The premiere is 150 kg lighter than its predecessor.

All versions of the new-generation X6 will be fitted with an eight-speed automatic gearbox. A hybrid model with a powerplant comprising a turbocharged 3.0-litre engine and an electric motor is expected to arrive later.

The price of the current X6 model fitted with a petrol-powered 306-hp engine starts at 2,999,000 RUB (approx. €63,500) in Russia. The top-of-the-line model is supplied with a diesel-powered 381-hp engine. The price of this trim level starts at 4,420,000 RUB (approx. €93,500). The price of the BMW X6 with the most powerful engine in the lineup, which is a 407-hp petrol-powered motor, starts at 3,990,000 RUB (approx. €84,400).
