BMW issued special version of its M6 Coupe for Marco Vittmann, DTM pilot, and he also took part in creation of this unique auto.
So what did Marco want to have? First of all the body is painted shiny orange. The roof, radiator grille, window edges and mirrors are painted black metallic.
As a second point — M Performance exhaust system is installed.
Third — carbon-ceramic brakes are working to stop this coupe. You may ask if the engine was tuned, but the answer is “No”. There is usual 4.4L V8 with 560 hp and 680 Nm of torque under the hood. The power goes through 7-speed robotized gearbox with two clutches. With 1850kg weight this BMW reaches 100kmh in 4.2 seconds.
Interior was modified according to pilot’s demand. Colors repeat the exterior theme, carbon accessories outline orange parts. Seats are made of black leather seamed with orange thread. Steering wheel is seamed with red and blue outlining BMW M GmbH input into this project. And of course Marco’s decision was to install Bang & Olufsen audio system to support desired level of comfort.
