New information about the upcoming Swedish supercar Koenigsegg One:1 has been recently revealed. The laconic title of the model captures its essence — it will have one-to-one ratio of weight (kg) and horsepower (hp) like some sportbikes.
It is also noted that the car will output 1400 horsepower and have a curb weight of 1400 kilograms which will make it incredibly fast. The car makers, who have always backed up their words by deeds, are planning to accelerate the hypercar up to the inconceivable 450 km/h. Let us remind you that the top speed of Bugatti Veyron Super Sport with a tangibly larger weight and the output of 1200 hp was only 431 km/h. The acceleration performance of the hypercar is still wrapped up in mystery; there is only some unsupported data about naught to 400 km/h acceleration in 20 seconds. It takes about 50 seconds for the above mentioned Bugatti to perform similar exercise.
The Swedish company is planning to make a public presentation of the car by the end of 2013. But it is also stated that it is going to be a super limited edition with only 6 hypercars produced.
