An unknown racer from the UAE has ordered a supercar which will be revealed at the Dubai Motor Show. As reported by Worldcarfans, the track car will be built on a tubular chassis made out of chrome-molybdenum steel that will weigh close to 750 kilograms. Eight-cylinder powerplant producing 400 hp will take its place under the bonnet.
It will not be the first Arabian sports car. According to motor.ru, the first one was a Lykan Hypersport coupé with the body made of carbon fibre. It was developed by Lebanese engineers from the W Motors. It is fitted with a 750-hp engine. By the way, Arabian glamour was not left aside — the car has diamond-encrusted LED head lights. Only seven units were produced with the price starting at $3.4 million.
There has been no word regarding the price of the new sports car yet. We will know all the details after the luxury show in Dubai. However, the Dubai Roadster is expected to pit against Ariel Atom (on the picture).
