UK court sentenced a motorist to a license ban due to driving in puddle and splashing pedestrians. Also the magistrates obliged the 22-year-old British driver to pay a fine of £500 together with £50 victim surcharge and £90 court costs on top of that.
According to Daily Mail, the motorist was driving his red VW Polo to work when he went through the puddle splashing a woman with her two children. A valiant police officer witnessed the incident and followed the driver.
The laws in Great Britain have always been very harsh but this time even the victims think the verdict was too severe. According to the local regulations, the young man will have to resit the driving test to return his license.
