Photographs of the Mercedes-AMG GT Edition 1 have leaked to the Internet. The German automaker traditionally launches the Edition 1 variants of new models whose availability is limited to the first year of production of the vehicle.
Mercedes has unveiled the AMG GT coupé much earlier than the AMG GT Edition 1. Apparently, it was saved to have as dessert. Quite recently, several studio photos have been released on the Internet. However, none of them has been published officially. The company reported an information leak.
The Mercedes-AMG GT Edition 1 features a fixed rear wing, a modified front bumper, a splitter, and redesigned air intakes. The vehicle wears a matte grey paint.
Not so long ago, several spy photos of the car’s interior leaked to the Internet. On the inside, there is a three-spoke flat-bottomed steering wheel and an «Edition 1» badge on it. The dashboard has also been revised.
