German tuning studio AC Schnitzer tried to turn the BMW X5 M50d into a city SUV.
For a start, they added more horsepower to the most powerful diesel model. Its 3.0-litre 6-cylinder tri-turbo engine used to deliver 381 hp and 740 Nm; however, after the upgrade its output was increased to 430 hp and 840 Nm of torque.
The BMW X5 M50d is fitted with an aerodynamic body kit that lends it a sportier touch. The exhaust system features a new tailtrim design. And sure enough, the SUV rides on large bicolour Type VII wheels.
On the inside, only a few minor changes were introduced. They include interior decorating made with the help of cover plates and accessories.
The guys at AC Schnitzer are sure that this package should make an everyday life of drivers easier.
