American tuning studio Saleen decided to surprise everyone and created its own electric sedan FourSixteen based on the Tesla Model S.

The FourSixteen was revealed at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and was able to catch the interest of the audience. How is it different from the Tesla Model S? It carries the same powerplant delivering 400 hp and 600 Nm, however, its cooling system has been revised.

Suspension was modified to make the ride comfortable both on public roads and on racing tracks. It was achieved with the help of enhanced anti-roll bars and stiffer springs. If you want an even higher level of customisation, the car might be fitted with a track-calibrated suspension setup and a locking differential. By the way, stability control system has also been reworked.

The car now features an aerodynamic body kit, a carbon fibre diffuser, new bumpers, doorsill plates, new bonnet style, and a bootlid spoiler. Needless to say, the electric car will be wearing sports tyres and get 21-inch forged wheels. The price of the modified electric car starts at $152,000.
